I recently ordered a “Fuhr Stable Door Kit for 44mm Doors” from them.
Being a keen DIY’er and not a professional locksmith, I decided that my lock mechanism wasn’t working correctly (or so I thought!).
Contacting SDH and explaining my plight, culminated in a one to one video call with “Gary”, their technical genius. He demonstrated how this lock should operate on one of his stock items, via video. Voila! Problem solved! Thank you for going above and beyond, SDH!
