Products arrive in good condition. My only complaint is the shipping time. Last year I ordered some items a month ahead of Christmas and they still didn't arrive on time. From what I understood it was due to Royal Mail having issues at the time and it took forever to enter my country. My last order involving two pins also took way longer than expected. It was stuck in customs for a very long time, I was worried they would make me pay extra taxes due to coming from the UK when I had already paid VAT. I understand this is out of reach for the Sega Shop as these are issues regarding the mail services themselves.
