After changing my mind about ordering an item I emailed to ask to cancel the order as it hasn’t been dispatched yet but was informed that it was too late as the order had already been processed and that I was strongly recommended to accept the delivery when it came due to it taking longer to process a refund if the delivery wasn’t accepted. Upon taking this advice and accepting the delivery I then discovered I would need to pay £9 to return the item via post as it turns out returns have to be paid for by the consumer. This cost 1/3 of the value of the item, however I paid for the postage to return this as I would at least get 2/3 of the amount I had spent on the item back once the refund was processed. I am still waiting for a refund 2 weeks after returning the item, and I am still yet to receive an email to acknowledge that my item has been received and the refund is being processed. This is despite emailing to ask for an update regarding my order and refund which I have had no response to. Would not recommend using this company again as communication has been poor and as it stands I have been left out of pocket.
