We have been very unhappy with the service we have received from you. Our order was placed on the 7th March and was not received until Friday 21st April. I attempted to call on numerous occasions but it is obvious your phonelines are unmanned.
I emailed and these were not responded to, one was and I was told this has been dispatched but then told it had had attempted delivery but no calling card to then receive an email that it has been dispatched again.
We contacted you previously regarding an item from a previous order which was broken and got no repsonse.
