This was my first time ordering from you. And I'm disappointed to say it will also be the last. The parcel was delivered on Saturday 6th May by DPD. The weather was horrible - very heavy rain. We weren't home at the time of delivery; and rather than leaving the parcel under cover at our porch, in one of our wheely bins or with a neighbour, instead it was left outside on the ground with no shelter. We came home a hour later to find a soaking wet parcel, the contents of which were absolutely saturated. This was a present for my autistic son's birthday. As it was a holiday weekend it left me no time to order anything else.
Whilst you cannot control the actions of the courier you use, you can control the emails you receive at customer care. I have still received no acknowledgment nor reply to the email I sent on the day it was delivered, which was six days ago now. I specifically asked for someone to contact me and no one did. Exceptionally bad customer service.
