Took car for Mot, Lancing ind est. Completely ignorant rude unfriendly unhelpful rude staff. No nice greeting, no helpful explanation of the failure sheet. I was told "don't know if we can fix, cars too old, won't be able to get the parts". Complete bloody lie. I got home. Googled the parts and they are 100% available! Do not use this Setyres branch, or any of em in fact. They made me feel like it was all too much trouble for them so sod em, I'm going elsewhere! The staff were extremely unhelpful, rude and ignorant. Swerve em. Run a mile, in fact run 10 miles, they're rubbish!!!!!
