Their customer service rep Sara was very professional and helpful from start to finish on my doll purchase. She kept me updated on the production process and gave me a link I could go to and check on how my order was going. This was my third doll purchase and by far this was my best experience that I have had seams like the one company I first ordered from just wanted my money they were great to start with but after several emails I sent them about my problems they asked me to send it again and have not responded to it. All they sent was the new dolls they had. The doll I got from sex doll genie was by far the best made quality doll that I have purchased. The pictures they sent me did not do her justice she was more beautiful in person. I would give this company a 5 out of 5 stars They are great answered all of my question that I had, and would order from them again. In retrospect I wish I had done my homework first.
