I like the fact that the meals contain all the essential vitamins and minerals so one can confidently consume them without fear of lacking essential nutriments. On the other hand I found the noodle variety box to be totally unpalatable. There was a sort of soup with what I can only describe as sludge at the bottom. If I prepared them as per instructions I finished with an unpleasant paste consistency. I threw them away. I would like more variety in the soups. The chicken flavour (unobtainable since ages) is quite acceptable but the pea soup leaves an unpleasant deposit at the bottom of the cup. The dark chocolate meal replacement bar is very good but one doesn't want to eat chocolate at every meal.
