Also mein erster Tag ..frühstück und Mittag ersetzt...freu mich wahnsinnig auf mein Abendessen.. das Shake schmeckt toll..Salted Caramel..
ich hab nur Probleme mit dem.sattwerdem/bleiben...ich hoffe dass mein Körper sich mit der Zeit daran.gewöhnt... und auch kopfmäßig. esse gern..nicht übermäßig viel.... aber wenn ich nix darf..kreisen meine Gedanken trotzdem um das Thema essen... ich hoffe es durchzuhalten und auf Besserung nach paar Tagen.. aber Geschmack ist top und Preis auch also 👍
