Ordered replacement alarm system battery. DPD courier messed up delivery (clamined he had tried to deliver it but couldn't get an answer whilst also claiming he had a signature to prove delivery - neither was true!). SHG were great and sent a replacement that arrived the next day. Responded immediately to my various emails. Very courteous and professional. I would certainly use them again.
