I started with Laura looking to make a change and right away I absolutely loved that with the Shift and Lift program I was able to work around my odd shifts and looking after my child. Laura's tailor made workout plans were incredible and she was always checking in with me to see if I needed any changes made and it was so easy to contact her if I had any questions. The choice of meals is amazing too and I loved that there was even snack options in there that included chocolate, one of the things I love most and I was so glad I didn't have to give it up. Laura and the Shift and Lift program taught me so much about food and exercise and I have left the program feeling like a fountain of knowledge! And feeling incredibly good about myself!
