So I have very mixed reviews. So I started this coaching probably a year ago and I was paying monthly. I’m a shift worker and at the time a mum of one so struggled to find time for myself.
At first I was so excited, the meals were nice and workouts were good. Check ins were weekly.
But I found I lacked motivation and I didn’t feel like this coaching gave me much motivation. I always felt like in the week you were left to your own devices and was never asked how your week was going or just a general check up to keep you motivated! Also there was a group chat I believe for the clients which I was never included in and I feel like it’s those things that can really help.
I did however love when we got access to all of Laura’s meals, that part was fab.
I just think sometimes it felt more like instead of trying to help and really get people to change their mindsets and motivate people it seemed more like they just wanted to focus on the ones who were getting to the gym for all their sessions and the ones who were getting results quicker so it appealed for more people to take up coaching
But personally a coach for me doesn’t give up on those who struggle
