I was dealing with a very bad eating disorder when I reached out to Laura. I was under eating and over exercising and I needed to change. Fast forward 3 months, we still have a long way to go but I have never felt so comfortable with food. I’ve become more accepting and loving towards my body and feel that I can finally let go of my old habits.
