Shift and Lift is literally the best ever 👏 👏 Laura is SO supportive and has helped me gain so much confidence 🥹 she’s helped me fall in love with the gym and make it part of my routine. The app is so so easy to use I love it so much. Laura is so understanding about busy work schedules and doesn’t add too much pressure to the point you want to give up! Laura’s instagram also motivates me so so much and I love how real she is online! She’s an inspiration and has helped me so much on my journey. Her recipes on the app are so tasty and she always responds so quickly 🥰🥰 lost 10kg with Laura and I feel so so strong!! Only negative is you have to buy a whole new wardrobe 😉🫢🫢 .
