I ordered a garden arbour from garden chic they ordered from shire GB it came a part was missing and a corner post was that rotten it was not for for purpose. The collection date was accepted that day came all of a sudden they don’t have a driver so the earliest was a week later. It’s not acceptable I’ve put a complaint in and be very careful when buying online as you never know what condition the product will be like but deffinately was not checked before been sent out.
