Received a message to say delivery would be between 4.0pm 8.0pm, at 10.00am noticed a person at the front of the house, when I went outside the shed was half unloaded from the vehicle, I tried to tell the driver that as 76year old pensioner I would have trouble carrying it to the rear of the house as I have just had a hip replacement. He replied that it was policy to deliver to the front door and getting it to the rear of the house wasn't his problem as he wasn't paid enough for that. I rang up Shire to complain and was told to put it in writing and they would send me a link, I am still waiting for a link and just feel fobbed off as they have been paid and weren't interested I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.
