The actual building and construction quality is excellent , the instructions are a bit difficult to decipher ! However I understand they are being updated soon by the supplier. I would suggest the window and door frames should come pre assembled as this was the most confusing part of the instructions . Had a missing section which was quickly sent up within a couple of days of reporting . Also had a few floor boards short at the end of the build so had to purchase in nearby timber merchants as I could not leave job unfinished . Overall a really good product at a excellent price but be prepared to take your time with the instructions .
