Pros: Greenhouse is lovely and seems to be good quality. Communication from Shire (ie responsiveness when I contacted them) was great and they helps to get to the bottom of the delivery issues and refunded deliver cost. Cons: Service was pretty poor from manufacturer (Norfolk Sheds) - was supposed to be delivered in 2-3 weeks but actually took nearly 10. Communication from supplier was virtually non-existent and have to call courier company myself to arrange delivery. Plastic bits for under windows were cut to incorrect lengths and were unusable. Base formed past of the support frame on the pallet but that wasn’t clear so we had to build it without the base. Benches for inside are a bit unstable and need reinforcing and the leg on one has snapped where there is a knot in the wood. Overall happy but for the price expected a bit better, mainly around communication, delivery and base.
