I have recently purchased a Mira shower and sink tap from Showers Direct and their service was exemplary. When i went to order the shower (which was the best price on the internet),the tap was out of stock( also best price on the internet).I emailed their customer services and was told the tap would be back in stock later in the week so i said i would hold fire and order both together.I then got an email from Karen to say that the tap was back in stock so i could place the order.She brought to my attention that the shower had gone up in price £10 since my initial enquiry but said she would refund this to my card.Both tap and shower were delivered 2 days later. This type of customer service unfortunately is very rare these days - especially coupled with the lowest prices so i would have no hesitation in recommending them.
