Unfortunately on this occasion I was a little disappointed as booked private transfer from the airport. We waited a while before we rang to see what had happened to our pick up on arrival. The person I spoke with disnt speak much English and I could barely understand him. Thankfully someone who worked for another company helped us by contacting you to see what had happened to our transfer as we were not delayed. Communication from your end would of gone a long way with us. We had a small child with us who was extremely tired and frustrated which made waiting round and looking for you very hard. Our driver apologised when he arrived and contacted me prior to collecting us to return to the airport. Which was appreciated. I always use shuttle direct and frequently recommend you to others. However this was disappointing on this occasion for our incoming pick up.
