We were a party of 4 traveling to Palma on 28th Aug and were delayed for 5 hours because of the air traffic control issues. As it was a UK wide problem and Shuttle Direct knew our flight number we assumed they would be there to pick us up. How wrong we were! After spending an hour trying to find information on where to find our taxi and trying many times to contact them by phone I eventually spoke to someone who said there was no taxi for us as we arrived late. I explained one of our party was a wheelchair user and needed a suitable taxi but he was extremely unhelpful. In the end we had to find our own way to our resort costing €55 on top of what we already paid to Shuttle Direct. We will definitely not be using this company again.
