Conducteurs ponctuels (et même en avance) et aimables. Soucieux de rendre un service efficace. Cars climatisés et propres. Rien à redire à ce niveau. Les télé-conseillères ont décrochés rapidement et à chaque appel, mais elles pourraient être un peu plus aimables.
