I have used the shared shuttle service several times. The pick up from the airport has always been very good with less than 40 minutes waiting time and is designed to provide passenger drop off in the same area. I have always arrived at my hotel within an hour of the bus leaving the airport. However, although the hotel pick-up is very prompt and again everyone is generally picked up in the same area within 15/20 minutes, the pickup time is far too early. I was picked up four and a half hours before my flight and arrived at the airport (after picking everyone up) three and a half hours before my two-hour flight (which was delayed). The check-in desk was not open and had to wait an hour for this to open, there was no seating area outside of the airport and had to wait inside. I can understand that the service needs to accommodate everyone however, most of the people picked up were on the same flight as me. I will use the service again for airport pick up but not drop off as it is not necessary to be at the airport three and a half hours before the flight.
