As far as I am concerned I had a contract for Shuttle Direct to take me to my hotel. They point blank refused to do that but would only drop me at the bottom of the hill leaving me with a 1km walk up a steep hill to the hotel. I'm not complaining about the 1 hour delay they would have imposed to do that but if the contract says they will drop me at the resort then that is what they are obliged to do. They refused to offer a refund and I had to get a taxi instead. My mobility is limited and I cannot walk 1km up a steep hill. They suggested I get a taxi where they were going to drop me off but there are no taxis available in that area. They showed no empathy with my predicament and displayed a couldn't care less attitude. I shall advise everyone I know going to Tenerife not to use shuttle direct. They are just not the slightest interested in the customer.
