Booked a large taxi to take myself, husband, luggage and mobility scooter from hotel to cruise ship 140 km away in Barcelona. Having not used Shuttle Direct before, and needing to be at the docks by lunch time, we had worried that the taxi might be late, or not turn up at all.
But it was excellent! Very pleasant and helpful gentleman arrived 20 minutes early and drove us there in plenty of time.
