Very reliable for pick up at airport, and return.
However our shuttle bus was involved in a crash en route to Playa Blanca, and while it wasn't serious and nobody was hurt, I was disappointed that the company did not bother to reach out to us at any time after the incident ro check.that we were okay, and that our holiday hadn't been affected by it.
Poor customer service, i will not use them again.
