We have used shuttle direct a number of times. Collected and delivered to our accommodation no problem. Our lift however did not return to collect us to take back to the airport and we were unable to contact anyone to see what was happening.
We managed to arrange a taxi to the airport. There seems to have been an accident on the roads between the airport and our destination, and I suspect this was the cause. This would not deter us from using shuttle direct again however as it has been so reliable to us in the past and I would recommend to others.
