Had a difficult question as I wear hearing aids and needed a headset that would fit in my hearing amplifier (RJ-9 jack) for my desk phone at work (which doesn't stream directly to hearing aids). I'm sorry I don't know who I spoke to but she gave me a suggestion of the headset most likely to work with this somewhat difficult arrangement of desk phone and hearing amplifier, and work it did. It makes a huge difference to my admin work life. I can now take a call with confidence that I can hear the caller with the dual headset and amplifier rather than just relying on the phone handset and amplifier. Game changer for me.
