A really good alternative. The white of all the products is pretty much spot on. The yolk texture is a teeny bit meh and too soft in the hard boiled. The white of fried eggs is amazing. Overall Sinless eggs are a real treat. Again the poached egg, white is sublime,yolk not quite there but I still really enjoyed them especially with some vegan salmon. I will buy again and recommend.
