These 'eggs' definitely add fun to my plant-based lifestyle. They look incredibly realistic and the texture is almost exactly as I remember eggs tasting. So far I've tried the hard boiled and poached products. Unfortunately I had quality issues with my first order with 3 of the 4 hard boiled squashed during transit and the 'keep frozen' poached eggs had obviously defrosted at some stage and when I put them straight in the freezer on receipt of the order, they then stuck together in a solid block. One of your very helpful team arranged for a replacement order as soon as I got in contact (took a week rather than next day as promised) but on receipt of these again 3 of the 4 hard boiled eggs were squashed and the poached ones were almost completely defrosted. Definitely some transit issues. Whilst I really like the products, my major concern is the amount of packaging waste after each delivery with no instruction as to whether these can be recycled/disposed/reused in any way. I've had been in email conversation with Flavio but my latest question as to whether I can use the defrosted poached eggs has gone unanswered. Hope you can take this as a constructive rather than negative review as the products I've had so far are great
