We had the poached eggs and whilst the white of the egg wasn't perfect it was very good. The yolk of the egg is phenomenal. The closest to an actual yolk I've had since becoming vegan. They are easy enough to cook as instructed (from frozen, in boiling water) I do find this makes the end result very very wet. I think if sinless sold these welith a vegan hollandaise that would be good synergy.
Very good very nice and will continue to buy them although I might try steaming them next time.
