Super excited to see fake eggs. Fake meat has been around for ages but eggs has taken a while. I really wanted to like these! I'd say the egg roll & fried eggs are the best of their products. Pretty close to authentic... We used the egg roll to make sandwiches and really loved them! In general they struggle with the yoke, while the egg white is much better. The yoke in the boiled egg was very weird and I had to throw it away. Poached egg was strangely sweet and the yoke same as boiled egg I think.
