Navigating the website is easy and painless, shipping is fast and checkout is straight forward. So far I'm happy with all the products I've bought and the price can't be beat. Customer service is lacking though. I've sent 4 emails, 2 of which were tech questions and only got 1 response. Other than the spotty customer service, I'm very pleased.
