The overall customer service fell short based off my expectations. My initial order was placed on 30DEC and I was impressed to see that I received it on 2JAN. However, when I opened the package, I found the wrong amp was sent. I contacted the company to make them aware that they sent me the wrong item. The amp was was more expensive but not what I wanted. I reached out to Jeff Jennings, Joshua Timmons and Joshua Knarich and all three had the same response, once we get ours back, we will ship out the right one. I had to wait on them to send me a return label. Once I shipped (3JAN) I notified them and got the same response. I was told that they would expedite the process when received. Once it showed delivered on 6JAN, again I notified and was told they would get it out. Shortly after showing received, I got an email that my money was refunded. When I reached out to ask what happened and what am I to do next, I was told I needed to go in and place the order again. Not thrilled, I did reorder the correct item and advised them of the order number. Was told they would expedite. Their definition was not the same as mine, the order went out as standard shipping and finally got my amp on 9JAN.
