Ordered 12 Dual 2 ohm subs by mistake and contacted Skar about it. They were fast and friendly. I ended up ordering the correct ones and shipping the mistake subs back, now just waiting for the refund on them. Honestly Skar makes a good product and other than the phone number not working the communication is pretty easy. Will buy from them again in the future, and highly recommend.
