Bought these to replace some new Memphis 12s I blew. I got the 4ohm EVLs and wired them down to 2 ohm and wound up using the same Memphis ported box and 1500 watt JBL amp I had and these out performed. They hit harder and hit lower notes that the others didn't. Highly satisfied and highly recommend this product.
