The subwoofer I purchased from your website is defective. I contacted customer service and sent pictures to them. They told me to send it back, as if it’s just so simple. I am far too busy to be repackaging an item and going to where ever it is I have to go to ship it back, not to mention the fact that I threw away all the boxes and packaging it came in. That’s the whole reason I purchased this item on line, I don’t have time to go to an audio store and buy it. I am not happy with my purchase or any of this.
