I purchased the most expensive package they offer. 2 12's and 2k amp with box and wiring. I was told I'd have to sign for the package. Well, long story short. My packages were left at the apartment building entrance and my amp and wiring were nowhere to be found. I contacted skar. And they informed me that this was not their problem. And they refuses to even file for a lost package claim like FedEx told them too. So now I'm waiting weeks for a claim through FedEx so I can finally get my amp and use this 1000$ system. Skar only cares to get their money, not help their customers.
