Never received package purchased weeks ago and FedEx cannot provide POD for this package. They seem to be in the wrong but that is your carrier of choice so it is up to you to make it right. Please resend or refund ASAP this is not acceptable but we are waiting patiently since we told you the day it said it was delivered that it had not been and no response was received.
