As a brand and as far as their products, Skar audio is one of the best if not the best out there. However, as for their customer service and shipping service, I don't know if I can say the same. I bought a product threw them on September 2nd and still have not received it yet. It has been delayed twice already. The first delay, the company completely forgot to ship it and didn't even bother to check on it. I had to email them a week later just to find out. Now the 2nd delay FedEx may have lost my product and again their customer service completely clueless and don't seem to bother checking up on it or updating me on anything. I would say this has been my WORST shipping experience from an online business. Probably will be my last time ordering through them.
