Not entirely fair for me to write a review on a product that I received from FedEx and had them put the entire box into the back of my car so I could return it back to Skar. I took my car to several install shops and no one was comfortable doing an install as my car is a hybrid so the 12v battery is unified into large the high voltage hybrid battery and my car also doesn’t have a traditional alternator, I guess due to it being a hybrid. I wasn’t about to try and install it myself and screw my car up if the professionals weren’t comfortable doing it so I returned it. I didn’t have to pay anything for shipping on a 100 pound box and my refund was processed very quickly so basically 5 stars for the customer service.
