I ordered a 2000 watt amp and it works great no complaints but the 12 inch subwoofer I ordered with it crackles and sounds like the voice coil is messed up I don’t know if it was a shipping mistake or if the company sent a faulty sub but I’d like a refund on the sub or one that actually works.
