Good, thick panels, mounting a JL 12" perfectly. Pre-wired is nice, one less thing to worry about. Fiber filling is kinda an afterthought; went to a local Micheal's and got some poly fiber to fill it up. One problem, though, one front corner got crushed during shipping. It's cosmetic and blamed the shipping guy.
