I give you guys a 1 out of 10 lol you send me the right bass knob the rp series but with the cord. I got the cord to the skv2 series bass knob amd it didn't plug into my new replacement knob u sent or my amp . And I honestly didn't wanna wait the time it would of taken to contact u guys send the return in and wait for the correct product to come back. So I just went out and found a cord locally that worked. But I do understand that things happen and it was just a simple mistake. And im Definitely still a costumer because even after receiving the bass knob with wrong cord I decided to order new preloaded 10inch package from skar days after receiving the bass knob. Because I've bought amp kits, amps, subwoofers, component speakers and never had a problem until now with simply getting the wrong cord.
