My packed arrived within 4 days of ordering my speakers. Everything came in perfect condition. My speakers started smoking after getting them hooked up in my car, I emailed Skar about a warranty. They emailed me back quickly and was very helpful. I got the most helpful and kindest response and after giving them all the importance they needed, they are sending me another speaker. Skar is definitely all around a great company!
