My purchase was delivered by FedEx. It was left by the gate 10 feet from the road. By the time I got home the package was gone. I contacted customer support and they told me because the package was delivered that I wouldn’t be getting a replacement or a refund. I purchased with an affirm account so I am responsible for the monthly payments regardless of the outcome of the delivery. Now I’m out $300+ This was the first time ever purchasing Skar Audio product and the last time. Shipments should be covered by insurance so that stolen packages are covered and replaced !!!
