We had a couple of issues with an order and they were handled quickly after contacting customer service. Our first issue was that the speaker box wouldn’t fit in our son‘s truck. We returned it and quickly got a refund. The other issue is that part of our order was never shipped due to the carrier not picking up the package. That issue was resolved quickly as well.
