I love the equipment, customer service not so much. Also after making several purchases over the past few years I haven’t been able to get any promotional items they always tell me that you’re out of promo items , but let them know on your next purchase and I’d be able to get them, well 3 years and 3 purchases later guess what , y’all are still out of promo gear. Lucky me.
