The speaker seems fine, but the wiring and customer support is bizarre. The speakers have no red wires on them, so the red/black wire is positive on the speaker, but that same color is negative on the bass blocker? I tried to get clarification from customer support, but couldn't. They guy kept insisting "red is positive", despite the picture I sent him of the speaker showing no red wire. Still not sure if I have it wired correctly.
