Arrival at Gatwick airport was chaotic, with the insufficient drivers available and poor customer service on drop off for the Meet and Greet service.
Upon return, we were told that they had lost our keys so we used a taxi to return home. The next day I had to take a train from Northampton to Gatwick with the spare key and return my vehicle. It was then I found our car had been parked in an unsecured field for the duration of our holiday.
Three days later they found our keys but did not post them back until three weeks later.
